How quality is measured
Golden sets. A client-approved reference set is re-scored weekly to detect annotator drift before it reaches a batch.
Consensus scoring. Ambiguous frames are labelled independently by multiple annotators and adjudicated by a reviewer.
Statistical audit. Random sampling at agreed confidence levels, reported per class, not averaged into a single vanity number.
Failure mining. Your model's worst predictions come back to us as the next labelling priority.
